Autumn is here and leaves are turning golden, the evenings are cool but the sun is still warm during the day... where else to be but Daylesford, in country Victoria, the heart of the springs country where there is an endless array of options to pamper and treat yourself. And right in the middle of all this, on the ANZAC day weekend, you’ll find the Festival of the Rusty Spring. Come join in for a day or the whole weekend.

Find your own dance rhythm, discover to paint from within, enjoy short films exploring life from different perspectives. The arts stream will contain guided workshops so that people can find their own expression and engage with what arises. Whether you identify yourself as an artist, or as someone who likes to have a go, there will be heaps here for you.

Twilight Saturday - grab a picnic and head to the Daylesford Lake. Scattered throughout will be live musicians playing by lantern-light as the day gives way to night. Walk the labyrinth amidst the sound of piano, trumpet and harp.

Then Sunday afternoon begins the full music program, running from 4pm. Songwriting workshops and impromptu performances will continue on Monday morning

This year the kids program is split into two - Rusty Kid’ in the mornings (9:30-12:30pm) where the adults are free to do what they want, and then in the afternoon Rusty Families (2-4pm) is an open event for anyone to come and engage in a fiesta-style program that includes juggling classes, prayer candles, face-painting and more...
